1. Introduction

CertUpgrade operates the site certupgrade.trade to offer certification upgrade courses, digital information products, and select goods. These Terms govern your use of our offerings.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a course, purchasing an information product, or ordering a good, you accept these Terms.

3. Services

Certification upgrade courses are instructor-led or self-paced programs delivered online or in-person. Course schedules, materials, and start dates are outlined at enrollment.

4. Information Products

Digital products include e-books, video modules, and downloadable guides offered via certupgrade.trade.

5. Physical Goods

Selected goods such as textbooks or printed materials are shipped to the address provided at purchase.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Certification Upgrade Courses

Requests for a full refund must be submitted at least 7 days before the course start date. We reimburse the payment via the original method within 10 business days. Courses may be deferred once without penalty up to 3 days before the start date. After the start date, no refunds are available due to delivery of educational materials and reserved instructor time.

6.2 Information Products

Digital products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 10% of content has been accessed. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Access to the product will be revoked upon approval.

6.3 Physical Goods

Goods may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for the shipment back are the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt and inspection, we reimburse the purchase amount minus shipping costs within 10 business days.

7. Billing and Payment

All fees are in Canadian dollars. Payment is due at enrollment or purchase. Access may be suspended for nonpayment.
